i would asume they are M3 mirrors with led turn signals. they make theis mirrors for every car, the only dif is the mounting plate. i got some for my 99 s-10, my buddy has some on his 96 civic, and i know some others with integtras and so on. they are cheap and are stupid, and everyone has them, what i recomend on doing and want to do myself is drill holes into my factory mirror and flush mount leds into the front of the mirror. i havent done it yet but that is on my list of things to do. but to answer your question, i would assume APC would make them but i am not sure, APC makes them for every other car with leds, or without, power mirrors. i think they might even have the leds in the mirror itself if that is what you are looking for. hope this helps
