2000 Avalon CD player wont read discs!
Alright, my 2000 toyota avalon will not read my CDs. Just tells me ERROR 1 &3. I noticed that the discs dont seem to be spinning. Without having to pull the whole dashboard off, anyone know how to fix this, or what it means? No cds are stuck in there at all.

Sounds like a factory in-dash changer. Buy a new one? That's all I can say. Not worth it to fix it. I'd look at a DVD player for around $250 new.
