Rear Wheel hubs

I have a 97 Grand Caravan with 212,000 miles. Due to a very noticable steering wheel vibration I changed one of the front wheel hubs along with both outer tie-rod ends. (did this on the advice of a shop) and it did improve greatly. but I think I still have some vibration that I shouldn't... I may replace the other front one...

Does anyone know if the rear wheel hubs go bad? How would you diagnose them? I don't have squealing but it does seem like it's louder than it should be from the rear (more of a road noise than a squeal) Any advice apreciated.
