Rough/low Idle on 2003 Altima.

Hey guys, My 2003 Altima 2.5 SL has a really rough Idle. It's way below 1000 RPM's when I'm Idling (in park or at a red light) and if I turn the AC on it gets worse and the engine rumbles and makes a rough noise until I accelerate and push the RPM's higher than 1000 RPM's. Putting the Car in neutral also pushes the idle speed back to where it should be for some reason. There's a check engine light on and I've tried the reset procedure where you disconnect the battery and all that and it did not work. What can I do to solve this problem? Do I replace the throttle body or the Idle Air control motor or both?
