historic racing mustang

i have made a start on this at last, i started with the 1/24 revell 64 convertable, i then grafted on a roof of a 1/25 amt coupe ( i had to quarter it, and widen and lengthen it ). i then modelled the stripped out interior from plasticard and a cage from plastic rod, all the additions are scratch made. the engine will be stock, but i intend to add a few bits to busy it up.

Great start! Are you doing any car/driver in particular?

it will be a ficticious livery, not based on any particular car, will post some more up to date photos on saturday,

done some more work on this, added stripes, numbers, cut off decals and sealed with tamiya clear. will need to do some foil around screens before adding the windows.
