2005 Galant VIN no. location
Hi, I test drove an 05 Galant last week because a family friend was selling one and I need to buy a car and they had it at a great price. The only thing is I went to look the VIN number up (so I can check it on carfax) and when I looked for the VIN on the actual car, I couldn't find it!
I know usually they are under the glass windshield on the driver side (bottom of it) but I couldnt find it on that car. I know they did some work on it and replaced the engine and some other components so I dont know if they forgot to put the sticker back or what. I was to embarrassed to ask about it (I didnt want to tell them I was gonna check the carfax reccord) so I was wondering if there is another location of the VIN number that is easily accessible?
