spot free car washing
just wondering if anybody is familiar with the "Genova final rinse "water softening cartridge that just connects to a hose and is supposed to give a spot free rinse.I've used the Mr. clean washer for the last 5 years and it worked great, but can't get new filters (at a reasonable price)anymore. At less than 20 bucks, I took a chance & ordered two,but was curious if anybody out there has tried them. Thank You

Re: spot free car washing
I'd be interested in hearing your results as well.
I use the Mr. Clean system as well. However, I bought a drier anyways which really makes the the filter irrelevant. |

Re: spot free car washing
in regards to the "Genova final rinse'" water softening cartridge-just got them yesterday & it seems to work pretty good. I have really hard water so there was some spotting, but very minor compared to without it.I would say it works as good as the "Mr. Clean". It says on the filter to rejuvinate, just mix up table salt& water & let it set overnight in it.If that's the case, it will be alot cheaper than replacing mr. clean cartridges.
