Project 935 Re-visited

Hi all, well its been quite a while since my last post. Been away from this project as I got burnt out with all the detail etc. Got back some enthusiasm so thought you might like to see where its at. Hope you like it.

Hey Ron--

Great stuff there. Did you use any detail sets (like the SMS kit) or is it all done from aftermarket and scratch built items? Great job either way!

I have this kit in my stash and was wondering about it. I'd hate to spend $600 for the SMS kit but Matthew said a while ago that he was going to re-release that kit in parts (like wheels separately from the engine stuff, etc.) in the near future. Thought you might like to know...

Re: Project 935 Re-visited

Hi Racer, thanks for looking mate. Apart from braided hoses and pipe fittings/connectors, everything else not in the kit is scratch built. At almost £600 the SMS detail kit was way beyond my reach when I started this project, but really appreciate the heads up on possible re-release in parts. Too late for this build but theres always a next time eh. Let me know if you get any news please.

Cheers

Ron
