Re: motor swap 2000 focus se wagon
An auto salvage yard can tell you what years will have what you need. They use a Hollander interchange manual.

The Wagon comes with the Zetec engine, which is better than the SPI engine, i wouldnt recommend the SPI

Re: motor swap 2000 focus se wagon
From my experience with the SPI it will be hard to find and you will pay a lot of money for an SPI engine. If you are wanting a new SPI engine it would just be best to buy a brand new one if you can (cost isn't worth buying a used one).
On the other note the Zetec is a much more common engine and much easier to find. |
