Glad you've decided to join us!

Bank 1 is the rear side of engine. Phil-i has provided a very good link with information about the isolator bolt fix (which affects windstars from 99-03).

Since you have to remove too many parts to do that job and only to find out the fix has already been done, I would start with a simple thing first. Check the nylon hose running from the rear of the air snorkel to the rear valve cover. If some service has been done near this area it might have been damaged or it's not properly fitted.
