Leasing Question
I currently am leasing a Nissan Maxima for $325 a month - ending Dec 2012. Due to an increasing family I am looking to get into something bigger. My wife and I both particularly like the Cherokees.
If I went to my local Jeep dealer here saying I wanted to lease a 2011 Cherokee, would they work with me at all? Would they take my Maxima? How would that all work? Or.. do I need to sort it out with Nissan directly? |

Re: Leasing Question
Had your lease expired Dec 2011 with only 3 or 4 payments remaining the Jeep dealer most likely could have worked with you by rolling remaining payments into your new purchase.
To terminate early your best bet is to find someone to take over your lease, phone Nissan lease services ask for a payout and what conditions apply for a lease takeover because some lease companies simply don't allow transfers or can have some very strict conditions To get a better understanding how all this works here are 2 links I picked at random that may help you along http://www.leaseguide.com/articles/terminate.htm - - - http://www.autoleasebreakers.com/index. Hope this help, good luck
