scrapping noises,after front struts replace it!
i just replaced the struts in the front of my grand prix,and now is making some kinda scrapping noises when i move the steerling wheel left & right?

What brand did you use? Some users have reported clunking noises after using monroe quick struts.
Did you replace strut upper mounts too? Were all the bolts properly torqued?. Oscar.

i think they are monroe,they were install on my other 2000 pontiac gt,but i was in a wreck,so i switched to my new car,they are brand new,and when they were installed on my other car they were working perfect without noises!,i will check the bolts tomorrow just to be sure i tigh them good,and thanks for the welcome and all your opinions since i got 2 pontiacs i been posting few problems

Where was your car wrecked at?
Is there any chance the upper strut mounts might have been damaged? Take a look at where the strut shaft meets the mount, this is where they normally crack and start making noises. Oscar.
