Question Tech training?

i am looking for any online sources for auto mechanic/tech to keep up to date in new tech or diagnostics the area i live in is in a slump i have been to a few live classes and they are more geared to a young just starting out tech i hate to get behind the curve i am the shop foreman and i need to be on my game but lately the new stuff i am learning on the fly i can get it done but i would rather be ahead so i can get done right and fast thanks for any help you can give
