What I don't know is...Which cylinder is number 5? What is the proper way to diagnose what's really going on? Is it just the injector that needs to be replaced? What would you guys do?
The simplest thing I could think of starting with was trying to clean the injector. I have run 3 big bottles of Lucas injector cleaner through it which hasn't fixed the issue. Thanks!

The P0205 indicates something wrong with the electrical portion of injector #5. It could be an open in the circuit from the PCM to the injector. Or, the injector itself is bad. The injector gets +12V on one side and the PCM grounds the other side, making it inject. The PCM should see +12V on the wire coming from the injector when not energized, and close to ground when energized. Running cleaner through it won't fix it. Being that it is injector 5, I think it is the one nearest the steering wheel. I'm pretty sure they are 1-3-5 across the back from passenger side to driver's side. You'll have to take some stuff off the top of your engine and examine the injector. You can measure the resistance across it. 10-12 Ohms? That's what I would probably do. There's also a possibility that the connector at the PCM is not making good contact. That would be great, but I don't know how to troubleshoot that area. Someone else may have other ideas.
