98`Crown vic p71 hesitation problem

Acceleration sucks unless i stand on it!
What kind of cleaner do you use on the MAF?
No codes,Cats good,plugs good,o2 sensors good.
I dont believe its a fuel problem either.
I work on cars all the time, but i dont know it all.
I also dont know much about the DPFE sensor but i guess could be part of the problem.
Thanks for the forum,it has helped me alot.
Any ideas? Thanks

Re: 98`Crown vic p71 hesitation problem

could be a coil going out mine 2000 crown vic p71 had hesitation too but no light or codes but after a while of driving it the check engine light started to flash got the codes and 2 of my coils were messed up. i also had bad stutter and hesitation and engine will turn off while at high speed it was the crank sensor that can maybe be your cars problem too. hope this helps
