blower motor resistor

hello everyone,i need a how to on assembly on resistor connector.
alot of us have the no blower opereation but has anyone bought a new
connector from dealer?? they sell it in pieces(wires,connector body.wire ends ect)which needs to be assembled.how do wire release from connector.the kit also give gold plated terminals.any one do this before.

i cant believe that no one has had to replace the connector.with all the resistors going bad
& overheating the wires. i guess their going to pick/pull to get the harness connector or there paying for the repairs.
