You almost had me? You never had me! You never had your car! Granny shiftin', not double clutchin' like you should. You're lucky that hundred shot of NOS didnt blow the welds on the intake. Almost had me? Now me and the mad scientist gotta rip apart the block, and replace the piston rings you fried! Ask any racer, any real racer, it don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning's winning.

That is not a 95, liar. That is a 96.5-98... LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! You should get a PT Cruiser Turbo, so then you could beat us all!

SRswap.com has decent COMPLETE sr prices to answer the original question... You pay for what u get anything less than that though.

Please don't use the word "crap" and the beloved name "PT Cruiser" in the same setence... You don't want to piss god off. (Chrystler is god's company, and the pt cruiser turbo is obviously the epitome of that car manufacturer).

But seriously, I'm sick of all those civic si, pt cruiser turbo, neon turbo, etc. crap cars that are marketed as fast. Even the SE-R spec v is slow for the money!!! At least it isn't heavily marketed as a SUPER DUPER FAST CAR THAT BEATS EVERYTHING KNOWN TO MAN! (can u say z28? wait till i get a turbo...)

Car looks nice, I like the front bumper -- good choice. Good job on getting the side-skirts as well, no way to tell your car is a 1995.. unless of course, you have the 95-96 tail lights. Show us the back.. let me be the judge.

I dont like the Silvia badge, but whatever.. its not my car. I also dont like the rims, the offset is completely off.. not a great choice, especially for an S14.. you have SO much room for wide rims, just poor choice on wheels. With a front end that aggressive, I would probably focus on giving your car some balls: wheels and motor.

You can get a motor from so many places nowadays, are you seriously having a problem finding one?

SRswap.Com is ran by Jeff and Yury, both nice people.
phase2motortrend.com is ran by Wayne, he's very nice as well.

There are plenty of places selling SRs, just make sure you buy from someone reputable.

Why is it we always need a REAL car to stepup and wash away these smaller cars?

We can start off with our NA 240SX, its "quick" .. just like a V-Tec Integra.. it moves, but its not necessarily anything special. Its a fun car, not exactly a peice of crap to drive. These cars are "sporty"

Then you have cars like the WRX, MR2 Turbo, EVO, Eclipse Turbo.. these cars are quicker.. and can be pretty fast, depending on where you drive them. They are light-weight so they are perfect for canyons and will kill tons of cars. Well, the eclipse isnt a canyon car.. but whatever, the rest are fine for canyons.

Then you have the big boy sportscars: corvette z06, viper, twin turbo supra, 300Z, VR4 3000GT, RX7 these cars are the REAL high speed cars because they have the power and/or displacement. Sure they weigh more, but when you have super huge/wide steamroller tires.. these cars are great for high speed racing. I like the RX7 because it borderlines.. its still a good canyon car. Actually, the MR2-T can also fit in with these cars if its fixed up right.

Then of course, you have the exotics.. F355/F360, Porsche Turbo, Diablo/Mucielago, McLaren F1... cars that can easily do 140+ mph.

Oh well.. everyone has an idea of what fast is. I am sure true race-car drivers laugh at these over-saturated emissions-having street cars.. power steering and power windows, ha!
