97 Theft System light on and i cant get off

ok i opened the thread for catlic converer problems i still working on that
but now with the problems it some how stuck itself in theft system mode so wont run anymore i guess cuz of the cat filling up with fuel


so i tried the lock and unlock drivers door with key for a 96
l tried the 97 one turn on key start and let sit and wait 10 min then turn off wait 5 seconds and do it again for 2 more times but tht trick doesnt work either

what else fixes it and will a OBD code reader or the ones for a laptop fix those errors too?

so i found recalls for the ignition cuz i was turning it over alot to try to get it started and could burned the switch to be meltd but not sure if thats the reason why its not removing the theft system light and such is there a way to turn it off

so far no luck theft light still on car wont run anyone have any ideas
anyone ever built those complete bypass of the theft system? i seen online
i guessing ignition is shot from turning key over for long periods of times as they are defective

any input be great
