97 Camry LE 4 cyl p03020 + p0300

Got a 97 camry in the shop now with p0300 + p0302 codes. Vehicle history: needed an engine so we installed a low mileage motor from a junk yard from a 98 (iirc) camry. The new motor had no provision for the crank position sensor so I had to replace it with a new oil pump assmbley (cps sensor mount is built into the pump assm/bracket). In order to replace this part I had to remove the timing belt, but I am sure the timing is correct so I do not belive that the marks are off causing the misfire codes. New plugs/wires have not helped. I am getting spark at each cylinder so its not like one cylinder is competely dead. It misses at every engine temp and speed, idling in the shop or driving. It seems like there are people that have had this problem after doing a google search but it seems no one has the solution. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance, Jeff.

Random misfires -
You need good Air, fuel, Ignition timing, and exhaust for horse power.

Air - Check air filter, and unmetered air leaks on PCV, EGR, and Air Intake systems.
Fuel - Fuel filter, and fuel pressure.
Ignition Timing - Crank + cam sensors
Exhaust - Back pressure test on Catalytic converter.

I wonder, if you need to match the ECU/PCU with motor.
