If you would have read their damn webpage in the first place, you wouldn't be asking this stupid question would you?
I quote the site. "The TYPE-R bulbs project the closest look to the REAL H.I.D KITS that cost from $1,000 to $2,000 U.S dollars!! NOW, you can get the same HID look on your car without spending that kind of money." They are H.I.D look you dumbass, nothing will ever be as bright as H.I.D unless they come out with something else.
