if your talkin about that man chicks 240. then its a 96 with the kouki tail light conversion. i also don't mind the zeal bumper. what you guys got against it? its not like some cheap ebruni or shogun style bumpers. now i hate those. anyways, that car has a red top SR20DET, a exhuast, front mounted intercooler, boost controller and a intake. its actually very very lightly tuned. so i don't think its that fast.

im waiting to see that yellow 800hp 1993 240 to come on one of these future f&f movies and completely destroy all those ricers. that would be nice.

What I hate is how everyone buys a Civic and gets these fat ass exhaust pipes, too many people do that.

It's like EVERYONE who races down here does that. I have nothing against 4 or 6 Cylinders, I just wonder why anyone would want to make their car sound like that. The normal exhausts are fine, those large bulky ones make 'em sound stupid, but that's the way I think about it.

So its not suposed to be fast? I loved how it beat the third gen in that movie. BS. That movie pissed me off, so unrealistic.

there are different sounds to exhausts you know.... you prolly hear a lot of coffeecan honda ricer exhausts.... mine sounds really loud and beefy (for lack of a better word =), but i see where you're coming from, i might get a different quieter exahust in the future.

well hte car is still pretty quick in real life, but its not where near as fast as the movie makes it to be. and the reason why most exhaust sounds like that is becuase of hte nature of the 4 cylinder engine. the firing order of them is pretty smooth and straight forward as compared to a v 8 where the fireing order is pretty scrambled and no matter how you arrange the fireing order, you will always end up firing atleast 2 cylinders side by side once. so thats why it has the rumble to it. 6 cylinders and 4 cylinders are smooth, and i perfer it htat way. but if you throw a too big of a exhuast on such a small motor with no sort of resonator what so ever, it will sound like a weed whacker. that is why our 2.4's sounds ruff for a 4 cylinder. our motor is bigger then 98% of hte 4 cylinders out there, and most of use gets name brand exhuast. but i have heard a few riced out 240 hatch backs, and those things sounds not much different then the little civics that you see.

her car is on the cover of the new issue of "Modified Mag". POS magazine, but i was bored one day and my friend happened to have that issue, so i read it. she now has an S15 front end conversion, 19 inch wheels (WHY???) and the car is painted blue. it used to be fairly nice...and i used to respect it and her...but now i just think it's turning into a show car.

*edit* when i say "she" i'm referring to Julia Tham, the real owner of the car.
