Someone on this forum has the G4 conversion like those, and they are much much nicer than the quad conversion how-to's that you've seen Melt. It's really too bad they're only for the rex and not the hatch or the sedan...

its because in they r both UK cars and they have to have a rear fog lights, hense why one is red (fog)and one is clear (reversing)

To me those lights look like a cheaper R33 tail light conversion.
