86 Mustang Convertible

I am trying to figure out the value of my car.
KBB does not show this configuration and therefore can not get the basic idea of the value of this car.

We inherited this Mustang about 5 years ago with 73,xxx miles.

3.8L
6 cylinder with carburetor.
Current mileage is 75,500
There is absolutely no rust on this car.
It was driven to Ohio from Florida about 5 years ago. Since than it has been sitting in my garage (heated).
Once a year I changed the oil, washed it and waxed it.
The top was replaced just before we got it.

There are a few issues to be fixed.
The two quarter panel, rear windows will need new electric motors.
The oil pressure sensor will need to be replaced.
There is a small rip in the leather on the driver side seat.
Air does not work and it is still set up for R12.
There is a tube that needs to be hooked up to the heater core.

Please let me know what do you think this Mustang worth.

Thank you for your advise in advance.
