Wtf????

what's up guys...i got a problem. i have a 2002 Spec-V and today i finally opened up the trunk and went underneath that piece of wood stuff to take a look at the spare tire...only to find the bay where it sits with about 2 inches of water in it. what the hell?!?!?!?!?! i just got back from a 6 month deployment and this is what i find...i was pissed! so needless to say back to the dealership i go. what i wanted to know was has anyone else had that problem with their car leaking in the trunk? if you haven't ever looked under there...you may want to do so! lemme know if anyone else has had this problem...thanks!

I had the same problem the fist week i owned my spec v i sent it to Nissan and they told me it was because the trunk was out of line
go and measure along the gaps along the trunk and you will see if its evenly spaced or if it is off. if not then your rear window might be missing some of the silicone sealer around the glass.

then bring it in and let them fix it up

and for now to ge the wate out you should pull a drain plug (dont lose it) and make shure you dry it up or eles it will rot out like if it had cancer.
i would even wax the inside just as a precausion

good luck:toothless
