p0101 error code

I'm getting a p0101 code in my 03 Astro van with 90k.
Which of the 2 plugs right after the air cleaner is the MAF sensor?

The two-wire connector directly behind the air cleaner box is for the intake air temperature sensor. The connector behind that is for the mass air flow sensor.

A P0101 can be caused by a poor electrical connection, intermittent intake air leaks behind the MAF, a contaminated/dirty MAF, or electrically failed MAF. Those intake air leaks can be in the ductwork, at the throttle body, valve covers, PCV system, and vacuum lines and vacuum operated devices.

I have this problem since I removed the inside engine cover for the California smog inspection.
The van passed no problem but I had a very hard time getting the engine cover to line up.
I finally gave and it wouldn't start at first and then ran rough.
It seems to be running okay, but first it threw a miss fire code which I cleared because and then several months later it's thrown this code.
I think something got moved during the cover reinstallation but don't know what to look for.

Look for interference with the distributor by the foil heat shield facing and damage to the upper vacuum lines from crushing or pinching.
