Need Link to Fujimi replacement parts

The rear body on my McLaren MP4/6 is a bit mishapened and does not fit on chassis. I called US importer Dragon for a replacement. He told me that Fujimi will have to be contacted directly and the parts guy promised to send the link to order these directly from Fujimi. I gave him my e-mail; no link was sent. Two days later, called again, spoke to the same guy, promised the link; no link sent. Sent email with my email; no reponse.

Does anyone have this link. Unfortunately Fujimi instructions has a parts form, but it is all in Japanese.

If you tell them the part is damaged, they might be able to contact Fujimi for you.

I usually order parts through HLJ, but I'm ordering spares, etc. so I pay for them.

I've just tried to order some parts through HLJ parts department and got this reply yesterday .......

Thanks for writing. We're very sorry, but several weeks before the earthquake hit, our parts department was dismantled, and is currently in the process of being reconstructed. This has been significantly delayed by the earthquake, and we really can't even hazard a guess as to when our parts department will be running again.
If time is not an issue, you're welcome to place a kit parts order with us, with the understanding that it might be quite a while before we're able to fill it. But if it's something you need urgently, we unfortunately aren't yet in a position to be able to help at this time.

You can also try rainbow ten. I have ordered parts from them many times and the service is great. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Now, if you don't speak Japanese, you will come across as a stupid foreigner who doesn't know the manners, so don't expect too much.
Maybe you can attach a few reasonably sized photos, and explain that the body was damaged when you bought it, and ask if they can send you a replacement directly because your local distributor refused to do so.
I'm surprised that Dragon can't get one. It sounds so unprofessional.

Thanks for the advise and the link to Fujimi. I will be simple and polite in letter.

I was disappointed that DragonUSA did not stock Fujimi parts. They sold me a Hasegawa 312T2 decal sheet after a mishap. My real frustration was the lack of response to obtaining the link to Fujimi.
