2003 BuicK Lesabre Loosing oil & coolant

I have a 03 with 91000 miles on it. Lately I have been loosing oil & coolant. I just been adding & changing the oil every 3500 miles. Also, I get a loud ticking sound when I first start up the engine. I thought I fixed the problem by using an engine flush. The ticking goes away in about 2 minutes, could it be the oil pump filter keeps clogging.. Only starts ticking when I run low on oil & then i refill. Any help would be possible. Thanks

Re: 2003 BuicK Lesabre Loosing oil & coolant

How low does the oil get before you add any, or how much do you add to bring it to the full level on the dipstick? Are there any visible coolant leaks around engine, or on the ground?
