fuel problems

i have changed the fuel pump and filter in my 01 silverado 4.3 and it is getting gas to the bleeder valve.......it will crank up and run for about 15 sec. and die out like it ran out of gas........what could be causing this?

what you must do is post your problem . then what testing results you did ...why did you replace the fuel pump ? you must measure fuel pressures before buying/throwing parts at it...especially when the parts are well over a hundred !

post again with what your issues are with this vehicle along with fuel pressures.
