Re: window 1999 t&c

I have a 2001 T&C that had similar sounding problem. The first time was with the driver's side window. It intermittently worked. I would have to flip the switch up and down several times to get it to move. It turned out to be the brushes in the motor. I replaced the motor/track assembly. It was a bear getting it in an out, but once out I tore the little motor down and sure enough the brushes were shot. The same thing happened to the passenger side a couple years later. This may not be the same symtoms you're having though, but it's got possibilities.
