hinges for suicide doors

can anyone suggest what hinges I can use for suicide doors, I don't want to buy them from like autoloc or somthing i've seen some people using like old car hinges but know one says what cars/trucks hinges to use, so can anyone help me :flash:

Whoever you have do your doors, have them make the hinges.....Everyone I talk to says to have the shop make the hinges for you...........The Drop Shop in Pikeville, KY makes the hinges.......a guy in my soon-to-be club, CS AUTO CLUB, will make the hinges.........you'll always get one-off hinges, too..........pretty good for custom work.....If you want #'s email me.
