remove big dent from plastic bumper ?
MY WIFE BACK INTO A CAR, AND PUT A BASKET BALL SIZE DENT IN MY 2000 TARUS REAR PLASTIC BUMPER, ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE PLASTIC IS NOT CRACKED IT JUST LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD POP OUT, BUT IT WON'T BUDGE. IS THERE A WAY TO GET IT OUT WITH HEAT OR SOME OTHER HOME METHOD, OR IM I DESTIN FOR THE BODY SHOP.

Use a heat gun and heat it up first (make sure not to melt it), then try pushing the dent out.
