Bonded Title
I have a 1947 Willys truck that was pulled out of a hollow when a piece of property was bought. There's no known owner. I had it sitting in the shop for several years. I was told I needed to get a "bonded" title. Never heard of it. How do I go about getting one...what do I need to show and how much will it cost?..Thanks for any advice...

Re: Bonded Title
It really depends on the State you reside. I actually for for a Title Transfer agency here in Houston Texas. A bonded title is a process used in Texas to provide title to vehicles when the proper evidence of ownership is not available. The bonded title law was past by the Texas Legislature in the late 1980’s to provide an alternative to a Tax Collector Hearing to secure a Texas title for Texas residents. Many counties in the state no longer hold hearings. If you need more info on our site texas title express .com I will do my best to help. Thanks hope that helps you
