BMW 5 Series (replica)

This weekend I finished the replica of a friends real car. He owns a BMW 5 series with the looks of a M5. He asked me to build a replica of his car.

This is what I managed to build. I used Mugello Blue Pearl (audi R8 paint) from Zero Paints, clearcoated with 2K laquer. The wheels are from the Revell Corvette ZR1.

Kris.

Wow, that came out nicely! Great work, well done!

You could have added the original license plate, however.

That would have been a great detail yes, but I have no printer anymore and I can't make my own decals.

Re: BMW 5 Series (replica)

Hi Kris,

if you only need 2 registrations plates I can print them for you, I have decal paper desesperately waiting for decals to print on !!
I suppose the caravan hook was not part of the deal either...?
I really like your work, not always have same wheels taste or so but you really are skilled and talented to restitute cars on small scale.
Clearly visible on such a precise car replica.
