ls vtech or turbo

My friend have a 97 integra ls and can't make up his mind on going with the ls/vtech swap or just adding turbo to the stock motor and building on that what would be a better thing to do?

1st, its VTEC. no "h." easy typ-o to make, so moving on...

the ls has a GREAT motor to turbo, because u can run 10-12 psi on the stock motor. so my vote is turbo...

I second the turbo or nitrous the b18b1 is cappable of holding 100 shots if the fuel pump is upgraded and the kit is installed correctly.
My vote is any kind of FI and stay away from the ls/vtec.

I have personaly witnessed a a type r with skunk 2 head package get pulled on by a ls/vtec integra with the same package.

i'd say swap, since phones don't usually have very much whp.

Which would give you more gain though is my main question? Would the LS/Vtec or a Turbo ?
