Aaaaaargghhh!!!!!!!!!
BLEAH!!! Im bloody sick of this. We've got this useless woman at work. Does NOTHING, and wont ever tell me anything the operators report about our equipment. She just makes stuff up, but Im the 2nd senior technician here and still she wont ask me anything or tell me any info just so she can seem important. ARGH!

My tip Gav - show her up for what she is to her superiors. Don't complain, let your actions speak for you. Eventually someone will notice and things will happen.

yeah. It was easier I had a dangerous idiot out bush, just butt stroked him with my assault rifle and explained myself the next day as to why he ended up unconscious!

If only it was that easy Darrell!!!! The new guys are as bad too. They're mid 30's and know EVERYTHING, theyre straight out of training and will NOT listen to a 23 yr old. Until next Friday. I gave them the option of being taught patiently how to do stuff, but they would drive off to do other personal things on base, so Im free to kick arses now. Next friday they will do weekly servicings under my supervision. No help, just the manuals. That is near impossible as the gear has been modified since.
 About 6 hours of working them out, they'll get the picture...
