p2188 2005 hyundai accent

mrs not happy with me..
code came up p2188, engine running rich at idle..

still have evap code from time to time after having pump replaced, all vacum hoses are in good shape and appear to have good connections,

new air filter, gas cap 1 year old and test good,

what are the possible issues with this code, have not been able to location solutions online and pdf town does not have service manual last time i checked but will check again after this post,
