Citroen C4 steering wheel style

I saw the steering for the Citroen C4 where the centre stays still and only the wheel around it turns???
Here is video of what I'm talking about.

Anyways, this looks like a great idea when you are having a multi function steering wheels. This way the control stay in the same place all the time and don't rotate.

I would love to have this in my car..... Is there some kind of aftermarket steering kit like this??? Or should I take the simple option; sell my alfa and buy a 2006 citroen C4....

Re: Citroen C4 steering wheel style

I guess no one is a fan of this feature.
But it is something that is useful. I seriously wonder why Citroen decided to remove it for the new model.
