62mm TB

Hey I just bought a new TB from RSM racing. Wanting to know if anyone else has purchased one from them?
The stock TB comes with a bypass hole for the IAC valve, well when RSM racing bores out the TB's they close this hole off and don't reopen it. This means you have to soley rely on the set screw. Problem is it's so damn touchy I had it set perfect the one day and it worked fine, the next day went to start my car and I had to use the gas peddle.
So I adjusted it again, starts good when cold revs to high when hot?
Should this hole have been covered and what should i do.
any help would be apreciated. thanks tim
