Revell ZR1 wheel mounting problem

Hi everybody,

I'm a "newbie" in car modeling so I hope you can help me

I have a problem with my Revell ZR1, during step 20-21. The axis P102 is to big to fit in the hole of the disc brakes... it's impossible to put in it...

If you have a tip, it will be great !

Thanks

Re: Revell ZR1 wheel mounting problem

It looks like the axle stub part of the wheel has been pinched and therefore it is too wide too.
Carefully shave to fattest parts of the stub axle with an X-acto knife or a small file, (kind of like sharpening a pencil), until it fits with no force.
You may have to use a small amount of cement to secure the wheel to the car once you make it fit correctly.
