99 Cabrio Convertible top...no juice

I've got a 99 cabrio in the shop right now with the convertible top not working...the motor/pump has been jumped and will operate the top, installed new switch with no luck. I'm thinking maybe the control module for it is dead or perhaps the relay is junk...don't know...what I do know however is I have always been able to find the answers I'm looking for on here so hopefully I can collect some useful information here once again. Is the relay for the top under the dash with all the other fuses/relays or in a different location, and where is the circuit breaker for the top? Thank You in advance for any advice or suggestions.
