Lightbulb Red Lights Everywhere!!

Hey, I just bought a 2002 Firebird and I love it! With that said, I do not like any of the red, inside or out. How can I change the color of all the interior lighting? Are they just bulbs or is there a paint I can buy? I found a decal for the rear bird between the taillights, clear corners, and clear honeycombs, but what about the dash and the controls? I'm not trying to insult anyone that likes red, it just doesn't suit me. I'm a purple person....

the red part is a separate plastic piece from the clear and you can just break out the red. I dont have a picture yet but I'll try to get one this weekend

Thats a FIREBIRD.

Not a HONDA. disgusting.

Well, if you've got bad taste enough for that, at least it's pretty much a guarantee that you're only ruining a V6.

Bad taste? Do you have any idea what you're talking about? Maybe you should give it a shot before you start insulting people. My car is silver and black. I just don't like red. It looks better without it. I could have bought the V8 but the entire car was red and my insurance likes the V6 VIN better. When I drop the 572 crate engine (9 liter, 700 HP) you won't be insulting anyone here. Besides, my '69 Roadrunner will eat your car.

I have had 14 cars and I know a lot about them and treat them better than most guys. At least I give respect to people for trying. Don't hate because I'm a girl.

My comments had NOTHING whatsoever to do with you being a fucking woman. I could care less if you had a dick or tits, this is a chat forum.

I said clear taillights on an fbody is bad taste, IMHO of course, I'd much rather see LT1 tailights, with the black stripes, or the stock V6 taillights.

Or even the LS1 lights.

Anyway, dont bring this to some ignorant gender debate.

Your RoadRunner will "eat" my car? Thats interesting, considering you don't have the SLIGHTEST idea what I have on the TA, nor do you know what times it runs.

Just wait till I drop my Lamborghini v12 800hp crate motor into it.

Women. Stick to "How to bake an Apple Pie" discussions" if you're trying to sound intelligent.

um it was a little harder then i thought, what you do is you get a little square box thing with like 4 wires coming out on each side, and you hook the three up to the bulbs (just cut the wire coming off the harness for the bulbs), actaully that was easy its just that i had to replace the 2 outer lights with universal sockets because they werent the right kind of bulbs so i ended up having to drill a hole in my trunk to make the sockets fit but they look really cool, took about hour and a half.
