Blinker and Tail light trouble

My blinkers and tail lights stopped working. The lights themselves come on when I turn on them on, but will not light up when I press the break or turn on either of the blinkers. The center break light under the spoiler does come on when the break is pressed.

I purchased the car used and do not have a owners manual. I visually inspected all of the fuses and none looked burned out.

Does anyone have any suggestions or if it is a fuse, which one I need to change.

Thanks.

The brake lights and turn signals use the same lights, you may have burned out bulbs, certainly worth looking at.
