generic damage discription
Gentleman;
I now find myself in a supervisor position in a large automotive maintenance facility, after 40 years in the machining, manufacturing, & large machinery maintenance triads. Among my present duties is writting descriptions on automotive collisions. I am looking for some guidance, TECHNICAL, on how to describe damage. I am well versed in: groups; assembles; components; directional notation (ie. forward aft, left, inner, outer, ...); after mrkt., outside mfg's., ancillary components. Any automotive based, descriptive assistance, or links would be greatly appreciated. Thx. Jack Shaft . |
