Jeep Liberty Bumper Repair
I've got a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport. It has the grey textured bumpers and fender flares. Over the winter I was going down the hill I live on not realizing how slick the road was and when I reached the bottom the Jeep wouldn't stop. Ended up heading straight for the guardrail. I managed to get the Jeep turned away from the guardrail enough to only clip the drivers side front bumper. It tore all the retaining clips out in the corner of the fender flare and put a nice little scrape in the corner of the bumper. I did a little jury rig on it to hold the fender down and now that it's warmed up I'm ready to fix it. All I need to do is replace the clips, but I'm wondering if there is anyway I can repair the scrape on the bumper. It also put a little hole in the corner of the fog-light "hole." Is there anything I can use to repair it that will look right? The bumper isn't painted, so I can't really paint to match unless there is a paint that matches the color of the bumper. I'm afraid if I sand the scrape out it will look like it's smoother than the rest of the bumper and I really don't want to sand the entire bumper and all the fender flares to match. Thanks in advance for any help!
