Where to get replacement front spindle assemblies for 93 GC

I have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee with 144,000 miles and the front brake pads over the years have worn grooves in the assembly that they rest on and slide back and forth. The earlier replacements pads did not have the nice little clips that go over the ends of the pads like they do now and there are deep grooves which catch the end of the new pads. I have filed down the metal so there is not a catch but these spindles that carry the brakes will need to be replaced.
Anyone know where a person can buy such an animal? Front what I can see it will include the top and bottom ball joints as these would have to be removed to get the spindle assembly out of the jeep. If anyone knows a better fix let me know. I have new ceramic pads with grooved and drilled rotors. There is not a safety problem but just that the area where the tongues of the pads rest are not tight so the pads will surely rattle. They where actually getting hung up on the grooves and not moving correctly.

I am sure these spindles must be expensive...ugh

You can fill the grooves with an arc welder.

That is kind of what I thought and then just file it down to match the contour of the area that is not grooved. I filed out the lip on the grooves so the pad tabs to not hang up and they seem to work pretty good and have not heard any rattle.

Thanks
