LFA Lexus

as i slowly complete the room i decided to break it in with a bang, i scored the kit last weekend at a discount and figured might as well start fresh this year and pick up the other WIPs along the way. the car will be box stock since most wheels i tried on it didnt look right. ill be changing the silver on the wheels to a magnesium. im undecided on the interior.

thinking about this color and magnesium wheels

Re: LFA Lexus

I'll be watching too since I picked mine up on Sunday at the Tamiya booth at the LBGP at a 50% discount. I was also lucky enough to get some reference shots of the real thing in the Toyota/Lexus booth.

Re: LFA Lexus

Looks like you're going gangbusters, it builds up pretty nice, no real suprises, though make sure the magnets fit flush in the 3 holes at the rear of the body or the spoilers won't fit right.

At $375,000 don't tell the buyers that their LFA isn't a supercar

I've spoken w/the guy who owns the first production LFA sold to a customer (#003) and his words "I've owned Ferraris and Lamborghinis, all of them, and this car is far better than any of them". He claims he's going to buy #500 (the last one made).
