Question Need Help with Seat Harness's and Carbon Fiber Decals

I have a few problems guys...

How have seen a few guys with stratchbuilt seat harness's and I was wondering what they are made out of and exactly how they look so real?

Also, alot of you have used carbon fiber decals very sucessfully, whereas i have failed. How do you put Carbon fiber decals on irregular surfaces?

Thanks in advance!
