Need 1991 Cadillac STS help

Today i bought a 1991 Cadillac STS for $2700. It needs a lot of work and it is little beat. The paint has a lot of scratches which i think could easily be removed with a little scratch remover and the side mold on the passenger side was ripped off. I am getting the molding fixed next weekend but my only concern is the wheels. They look ruff and i'm not sure ordinary rim cleaner will do the job. If anyone has any expertise with the 1991 Cadillac STS i would appreciated some help. A link to a product would also be highly appreciated.

Re: Need 1991 Cadillac STS help

If the wheels are chrome, and the chrome is just dirty, you could just buff them out with a drill powered buffer and some wheel polish.
If the chrome or whatever coating is on the wheels is coming off, you'd be better off finding a decent set of used wheels.
