Help needed on charging system

i have a 98 sable 3.0 dohc new alt checked out good 12v at big terminal 12v at larger wire on regulator not pwr at small green wire at regulator fuses all good under hood and in car i have a couple fuses in car with no pwr im at my last witts with this car any relays or some thing im over looking

there is a main engine relay in the black box under the hood but they hardly ever go bad. and since your car is a 98, i would check and clean the wiring harness connections under the hood, also, check your grounds on your wiring harness, make sure they are clean

ford likes using fusable links to supply power. usaly located at batery or starter relay.

So what are the symptoms that have you looking at the alternator? Is the charging system indicator illuminated in the instrument cluster? Is the alternator not charging? Or is it just because you don't have power to a couple of fuses? It would seem that if you don't have any power to the light green/red wire the indicator in the instrument panel should be illuminated.

the light on intrument cluster is lite i have replace alt then pulled out then tested it it checks fine looked at all fuses under hood all good under dash all fuses ohm good but it stump me to have three fuses with no pwr and there not the spare. i look on az wire diagram it shows i should have pwr to grn/rd wire but have none it is not charging

did some swaping of relays no luck on getting it to charge look at fuses that have no power there not related
