I'm talking about the one you see everywhere when it comes to rallying (The blue with yellow design on the side). I just want to know if it'd be possible for me to get the same design. Would Subaru be able to make one for me like that or would I have to go somewhere else to get it done? I'd also like to know if it'd be possible to get the same performance out of one like their rally counterparts. Thanx a lot.

WRC decals
Subaru did have the WRC decals available and could be purchased for the 2000-03 Impreza, and they're quite possibly the same for the 04's.
As for getting the same performance pieces, parts, and modifications, the engine should be close (WRC engines are limited to 2.0L,making it relatively easy to get equivalent power out of the 2.5), but unless you have a budget of $75k+, it's going to be tough to get the same handling out of the stock STi |

There are several after-market sticker companies that make the SWRT side flashes, the only thing is they are a little on the steep side of expensive.
Then again, considering it costs around $5000 to fully decal the WRC team car, a couple of hundred dollars ain't too bad. The STI Impreza puts out a similar HP to the SWRT car, the big difference is in the suspension(as was mentioned) and the amount of torque the engine generates. BTW, why would you want to make your car stand out so much, it will only draw attention - that is if you have an Impreza, which I assume you don't since your profile says otherwise.

), I even drive cars that have a certain relation to rally cars, it's just the whole stand out factor when it comes to the police. The more you make your car stand out, the more they are likely to pick it out. BTW, you can get SWRT decals that fit the rear side windows and look just as cool.

And I'll be sure to add everything I can without making it look like too much if you know what I mean. I'll probably wait a while before I try and get the gold wheels though :sun:

the main shaft of the wrc turbo costs over $15,000
not to mention the technomagnesium wheels, the front upper intercooler, the entire motor is set back two inches to even out some weight and the radiator and intercooler are set at an angle for airflow, and the anti-lag will have you replacing exhaust systems (not to mention turbos) every month (if your easy on it)

misfiring system: that the thing the guy with the black Evo from the Emperors has from Initial D right? how does it work? and do you mean misfiring as in back firing?

It's a misfire because the gas is released on purpose for the function of spooling the turbo, results in increased engine and turbo wear but it creates more efficiency when it is required. Backfiring on the other hand is not controlled and is also bad for the engine.
